We draw a lot of our inspiration and influences from the movies. It’s usually the ones we saw as kids, that mostly affect us.

Today marks the 30th anniversary of one of our favorite films – 1985’s “Back To The Future”. It’s not every day, not even every year, that a film becomes such a pop culture phenomenon.

From its imaginative concept, through its amazing storytelling and characters, to its on pitch direction, state of the art visual effects and timeless soundtrack, the film captured the hearts and imagination of us all.

Just like us, artists from around the world were touched by the moviegoing experience, and over the years created their own art inspired by the film. So to celebrate this day, we decided to collect some of the best “Back To The Future” poster and fan art we found online for you to enjoy!

“Roads? Where we’re going, we don’t need roads.”

And of course, last but definitely not least, let’s not forget the wonderful original poster art for the trilogy by legendary artist – Drew Struzan! If you’re not familiar with the name, I assure you, you’re familiar with his work.  Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Goonies, Blade Runner and many more! Yep, all the poster art for these timeless classics were created by this one dude! Respect!

And as a special bonus, here’s a behind the scenes look at some of the earlier sketches and options for the original poster. Do you think they made the right choice?

By the way, this is what the poster looked like in Poland. Just “screams” blockbuster, doesn’t it?

We hope you enjoyed this amazing collection. Visit the artists web-sites and show your support for these talented people. Let us know in the comments section below, which were your favorites, what this movie means to you, or anything else that comes to mind.

Whoa. This is heavy. We can’t believe it’s been 30 years! Time sure does fly, but watching movies like this will always make you feel like a kid again! Happy 30th anniversary!
